A detailed report with our recommendations for the particular assets would typically include advice on suggested actions such as disposal, applying for planning permission, change of tenant mix, restructure of leases, refurbishment to improve saleability/letting appeal, possible re nancing etc.
Once a plan of action has been agreed we work with our clients to implement the strategy.

We provide detailed due diligence advice to private clients and equity funds on their possible acquisition of loan book and property asset portfolios. Our role includes advising on the current value of assets, detailing any issues to be resolved, advice on adding value and comments on likely exit values.
